A market is listed once it has activity, because one nobody has touched has no chart to open. “Charted” counts the 593 with a priced trade behind at least one side — 41 of those trade on one side only and draw a single line. The rest have moved shares between wallets without pricing them. Volume is the whole prediction class over the decoder’s window, and is not counted as venue trading.
